Laura Perry

Laura Perry is a community activist who has worked with Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice, Empire State Pride Agenda, NYC LGBT Center, New York Women in Film and Television, International Gay & Lesbian Human Rights Commission, Center for Anti-Violence Education, National Center for Lesbian Rights, HIV Law Project, Dyke TV, Educators for Social Responsibility, Jews for Racial & Economic Justice, Irish Lesbian & Gay Organization, Creative Response to Conflict, Asperger Foundation International, Adult Literacy Media Alliance and other groups on staff, as a consultant and as a volunteer. She has been a grant writer, event planner, executive director, video producer, casting director, copywriter, copy editor, managing editor, office manager, volunteer coordinator, switchboard operator and public representative for these and other groups.
